This vintage sectional sofa by Rolf Benz, first edition from the 1960s and produced by Pluraform in Germany, is a fine example of modernist design from that era. It is upholstered in the original white/beige fabric and stands on a distinctive chrome design base.
The sofa shows visible signs of use consistent with its age, which add to its authentic character. Structurally, the sofa remains in good condition and can certainly be enjoyed for many more years. Reupholstering is an option if desired.
Because the sofa consists of two separate elements, these can be arranged in different ways and used as a seating area to suit the space. A unique and hard-to-find design.
